THOUGHTS FROM COACH LEMONS

“Great day for HLGU Cross Country.  The women’ finished the season on the highest note, having four personal records and on All-American.  Lauren is the first women’s All-American in Cross Country.  The men had an outstanding performance, especially from Whitener who finished in second place.  Both teams posted their highest finish in team history.   Rhine is only the second NCCAA All-American in program history.”
